Caellach (KEL-ahk)
G ender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Age: A bit of a mystery, since time lines run different at current than they did before the Cataclysm
Race: Fae
Occupation: Great Lord
Looks: In his fae form, Ceal has navy blue skin with filigree-style markings of silver. He has long, pointed ears, deep blue eyes, and long, straight, silver hair. He is fairly tall at 6'2", which is also reflected in his glamour (human appearance).
Personality: Like most UnSeelie, if he was human, he would easily be classified as having antisocial and narcissistic personality disorders. Aggressive when he feels provoked, without remorse, and highly callous, Cael thinks of himself first, and anyone else is completely incidental. He has no issue with using others in any way he deems necessary to further his own power and status. Nothing is good enough, and as soon as he achieves one goal, he is immediately looking for something bigger and better. He basks in the adoring attention of humans--who only see the beauty of his glamour--and fae alike. Charming and personable when he wants something, many a human has fallen under his figurative spell. Nearly as many have fallen to his geas, after being tricked into thanking him. His ego does not allow him to see his many enemies as a real threat, which has (and likely will again) come back to bite him.
Powers: Cael wields raw aether, without transmuting it into elemental forms as some of the lesser fae do. He does not need to use fire when he can blast someone with pure energy.
History: A survivor of the war that split the Seelie and UnSeelie Courts and led to the collapse of the Undergreen into the Overgreen (Earth) [Cataclysm, ~1250 BC], Cael managed to rise to the level of Great Lord. He was instrumental in the origin of the geas being formed around 1000 BC, in response to the rise in use of deadly iron among humans. Able to wield large amounts of power, he has held his territory in the Undergreen for countless time. His mother is still living, but they almost never speak or see one another. His standing among the fae is also heavily influence by his personality, with some hating him and plotting against him, while others seek to gain his approval.
