Maxen ap Belvins
Gender: Male
Orientation:
Age:
Race: Cŵn Annwn
Occupation:
Personality: Maxen often comes across as way too intense. If he becomes interested in a person, he is apt to follow that person, inserting himself into the person's life in any way possible. Due to this, people have been known to mistake his attentions for stalking. However, it is common for a Cŵn Annwn to become almost slavishly devoted to a person, as their ancestry lends them to look for a master. Unfortunately, this often lands Maxen in trouble, as it becomes very easy for a person to take advantage of him.
History: Once part of the Huntsman's pack, the ancestor of the Cŵn Annwn is the only known person to ever escape. His descendants still retain some of traits imbued in them by the Hunstman, including being forced to change during certain nights (March 1, April 3, June 23, September 29, November 1, November 10, December 25, January 1). These nights correspond with the days of the saints and other important Catholic holidays. The holidays were originally put in place to override the 'pagan' holidays, when early humans recognized that the Huntsman would sometimes ride into the Overgreen with his pack of hounds. No one knows anymore what race the original Cŵn Annwn was before he was turned into a fae hound by the Hunstman, but it is likely that it was some sort of magical race.
Looks: See picture.
Powers: Maxen is much stronger than he appears. He needs very little sleep compared to a normal human, and he is an exceptional tracker. Not only can he find traces of scent and visual markings of something having passed, but he can also lock onto magical traces. He is also immortal in that he cannot die due to old age.
