Takumi Mizushima
Gender: Male
Orientation: Open
Age:
Race: Half kappa-half dragon
Occupation: Crab fisher
Personality: Takumi is not quite right in the head. He is prone to the occasional bout of inappropriate laughter, and he often will say things that seem to have no bearing on the current conversation or situation. He tends to dress eccentrically, being active in the cosplay and Harajuku community. He's been known to openly walk in his draconic form, dressed in Harajuku style so that it looks as though he is just cosplaying.
Looks: See photos for his glamour (human) form. Takumi always has a half-crazy look in his eyes, as though he is seeing things that no one else is. His humanoid draconic form is not as pronounced as it would be were he fully dragon, but it is still noticeable. His hair takes on a slightly blue tinge, his eyes are ocean blue with slightly slitted pupils, his teeth become sharper, his skin turns paler, and his features are slightly sharper in this form. His fully draconic form is influenced by his kappa ancestry. He cannot fly, as can most dragons, and he is much more adapted to swimming.
Face Claim: Yuya Matsushita
Powers: Strong water magic and the ability to shapeshift to a dragon.
History: Born of a kappa father, Takumi's mother was Kiyohime, a woman who used magic to transform into a dragon to take her revenge on the lover who spurned her. He happened to be in dragon form when the spell that trapped all dragons in the Void was placed, so he got sucked in, as well. He has since been released, along with all of the other dragons. While in the Void, his unusual ancestry allowed him to connect with the magic that had created the spell, and nearly the entire knowledge of the universe ran through his mind at once. His mind was unable to process it, leaving him insane. He technically knows nearly every secret of the universe, but he cannot access it of his own will. Sometimes random spurts of knowledge will come to the front of his mind, and he is almost compelled to spout them out, no matter the fact that it may be an inappropriate time to do so.
